“I have had Dell laptops in the past and have been very pleased. This laptop, however, is a different story. It does not power on consistently. You push the power button and nothing happens. VERY frustrating! What can be done to fix this?”

No need to keep pushing power button. Put finger print to unlock the system to get display instantly.
