“Does this version of the computer have the webcam on the top? I was under the impression that this was the Dell XPS 15 7590, but now that I look at the pictures, I'm not sure.”

• The specs says "Built-in HD webcam with microphone", and I also searched the product number (BBY-T44XHFX) at Dell's site and it presented me the "New XPS15 7590" model.
