I have owned DeLonghi machines for 15 yrs and had been impressed, my first lasted for 13 yrs. I purchased a new one 2yrs ago and was very disappointed. After 3 wks the steam wand shrilly leaks when brewing. Does this model have that problem? Hesitant... null

We have used our first machine for a year and our second for a couple of months without any issues of any kind!!  Machines seem extremely well built!!
