Hello and thank you for your question. Typically with a Sonos ARC or soundbar, you would not need a receiver in the chain. As I am not seeing HDMI ARC or optical audio out on the EPSON 4010, I could recommend a different speaker system to be paired with the Denon AVR-S960H. Another option is to purchase a HDMI Audio extractor. From the Apple TV, connect the audio extractor allowing you to run digital optical audio to the Sonos and HDMI to the EPSON. I searched for HDMI optical splitter.
