Hi Chris, The Record Out terminal has been in such short demand in recent years, it rather fell off a cliff with receiver designers. If you wish to record from sources within the receiver (HEOS streaming, FM/AM radio, or any digital connections to your receiver from say, a blu-ray player for example), you will need a receiver with a Zone 2 output. This isn't quite the same as a 'Record Out' option because Zone 2 is a variable output (much like the record level on your reel to reel). The AVR-X1700H is one example, or any other model in our X Series. If you wish only to record from sources with analog outputs connected to your receiver, you can do this regardless of the receiver you have, but it would mean connecting the source directly to your reel to reel device (by-passing the AVR) every time you make a recording.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.
