“Can I add a 2 channel amp to this and run another set of speakers and have a full 9.2 Atmos setup? Already using is as 7.2 with FR,C,FL,RL,RR,LS,RS, 2 subs. Also Audyssey setup only shows one sub and lists my setup as 7.1. Why?”

The pre out is for zone 2 only. Max number of processing is 7.1 and can be configured for 5.1.2 Atmos. Regarding the sub channel, the receiver is splitting the .1 internally. It is not a discrete .2 channel.
