Yes they can help as they did for me on my DVD player. Machines these days are getting too complicated for us lay men to do a setup on our own. Over time they helped me install a new DVD player, 85" TV, 5.2 channel Receiver, 5 disc CD player, Bone conduction Bluetooth head set and program a Harmony all in one remote control. Saves time and frustration in using the Geek Squad.
