hello, the geek squad agent installed my pc & transferred all data files over. However they couldn't install some programs that were older. If you have the disk for photoshop they should be able to do that. I had to buy MS Office so I could read my data files that he transfered over. However, they didn't touch my malware program & didn't get my contacts for my outlook.
