Q: QuestionI'm planning on buying a new Lenovo ideacenteri5 from Best Buy here in Naples Fl. I would like my old files and a couple of programs transferred from my old Lenovo to the new one. Would I have to bring the old one in, or can you do it in my house, cost$?

• A:Answer It costs extra for them to come to your house. You need to be specific about what you want. The time to transfer information is longer than just hooking everything up. If you bring it into the store, it’s no charge with the year of geek squad coverage that costs 200$.
