- Before we begin: When we arrive at the site, we'll discuss the scope of work to ensure that services purchased meet your needs and expectations. If they don't, we'll recommend solutions.
- PC setup: We'll connect and configure 1 computer system on its initial startup, including hardware and software installation, Internet access, 1 email account, app preferences, updates and wire management.
- OR tablet or mobile device setup: We'll setup the device on its first startup, add it to your existing network, set up your app store account and install up to 2 apps at your request, and adjust your system and power preferences.
- OR networkable device setup: We'll connect your NAS, Blu-Ray player, Apple TV, appliance or other networkable device to a display, if needed. Then, we'll setup the device on its first startup and connect it to your existing network.
- OR up to 5 wireless devices: We'll connect up to 5 wireless devices to your existing network, but the devices need to already be unboxed and set up for initial use.

A: I have a Best Buy in the town where I live, and they gave me the option of bringing my old computer in to transfer data to the new one which I was purchasing, each at a different cost level. Best Buy services vary from one instillation to another. So, I would advise locating the map available on BestBuy.com to determine locations accessible to you which would provide that service, and call first to validate. Another question I would ask is whether you would need to leave the computer, or could it be done while you wait.
