Best Buy is not participating in the dlc. Buy it elsewhere.

According to bandai email I received it’s for physical too. This what it said. Don’t miss your opportunity to pre-order the physical edition and receive a free Guilmon and HP Support item!

From what the official site says, it's apparently an early adopter DLC for anyone who buys this game digitally within the first month of release. It is actually an early adopter bonus based the official site. Anyone who buys a digital copy of Survive within the first month of its release will be able to get it.
