I also was told di screen dr had free refills. Just bring empty bottle into store and they would refill free. I have not tried it yet to get fee refill. I’m in Fort Wayne Ind. kinda funny your in Va and I’m in Ind and both of us were told same thing. Sounds like Best Buy went back on their word.

I live in Elyria, Ohio and the store where I bought it closed, but there are still others not too far away. I've never tried to get the bottle refilled. It was purchases quite a long time ago. It would be interesting to have a Best Buy representative chime in and answer this question in this space.
