My understanding is that BestBuy will install your dishwasher in a location prepared for a dishwasher to be installed (you are responsible for purchasing or providing the required hoses and accessories). Essentially, the location must be adjacent to the kitchen sink and capable of having a dishwasher installed. Whether there is or is not an existing dishwasher shouldn't matter outside of whether you want to pay them to haul away the old unit.
