Our dishes come out clean, which is why we buy a dishwasher. I can't complain about anything, the racks of the dishwasher are customizable which I really love. I wasn't sure about the third row I didn't know if I would actually use it but I think it's one of the best features, I can fit more untensils than with the basket and everything come out clean! The second row is ajustable so if you have taller glasses they will actually fit. I havent used the wifi feature and I wasnt really sure why someone would need it so I asked the installer what the point of it was, he explained that in some areas of the country they needed to conserve water so you could program it to run at 2am through the app which I thought was very cool one day we might need that. In terms of noise I only hear the dishwasher when its draining and its not that loud to me - It's quieter than any other dishwasher that I've owned and noise was never really an issue for me when it came to dishwashers I have children ;) . I usually turn on the dishwasher in the evening before bed and I don't hear it in our bedrooms. There's many different settings I wanted a dishwasher that would heat the water so it didn't consume water from the water heater I set it to auto, high temp, extra dry and the cycle is 2 hours and 30 min dishes come out sparkling clean. I haven't had to use any other setting it works perfectly. Installation team was amazing!!!

The measuring visit was helpful—they quickly diagnosed my old dishwasher and said it wasn't worth fixing. But the installation process could be improved. It would have been helpful if standard checks—like verifying water valve accessibility and wall outlet placement—were done at that time. (The appliance cord ended up being too short, and they ended up using my extension cord). My main concern was how the drain hose and water line were routed. The installers used a smaller, farther hole inside the cabinet (about 7" away), instead of the larger, closer one I showed them & used by previous installers. I wasn't aware a second hole existed. The installer explained it was to prevent leaks onto the appliance cord—yet all three (cord, hose, and water line) ultimately passed through the same opening under the sink, where the outlet and valves are located. While I didn’t need a longer drain hose, I did have to pay $60 for a longer water line. I’m not sure that would’ve been necessary if the original hole I showed them had been used. Also, because of the new placement, I can’t fit everything back into the cabinet due to the space the hoses now take up. Cleanliness during the install also left room for improvement. While the dishwasher itself and the area in front of the new dishwasher were cleaned, there was debris left around the new air gap, under the sink, and on the floor nearby. More concerning, water had leaked under my sink mat and an adjacent cabinet—likely during the disconnection of the old dishwasher or the air gap replacement. A bucket should have been used to catch the water. Although his partner handed him paper towels, they weren’t used, and just before leaving, the installer told us to clean under the sink—where I then discovered the water that had been left behind. On a positive note, the team protected the floors from scuffs, and when I asked about vacuuming after removal, the installer handled it himself and initially cleaned around the air gap—especially appreciated after my mom mentioned she’s a bit of a neat freak. He also took the time to carefully level and align the new dishwasher to her satisfaction and let us know we could reach out with any questions.

My new LG dishwasher was a fantastic purchase. It looks beautiful in my kitchen. The operation of the dishwasher is very easy. And, it is quiet. Almost no noise at all. Washes well. The guys that installed the dishwasher did a mighty fine job. They arrived on time. They were very careful and clean. They knew what they were doing. They were the utmost professionals.

We love the LG dishwasher. We got rid of our well worn Frigidaire tjat was 17 years old. It sounded like the top 5 cars coming off turn 4 at Talladega when it was running. Besides being quiet it does a great job cleaning dishes. The best and most surprising part of getting our new dishwasher was how quick & professional Luis & Karen handled the installation. They were polite and very careful not to damage anything while removing or installing the old & new dishwashers. They were able to quickly & correctly change a hose fitting to the water line and convert the electrical connection to a standard outlet without any problems. Karen was knowledgeable on the dishwasher model and its functions and demonstrated how to operate it and clean the filter. They provided their cell phone number in case of any problems including leaks and let me know they would return to fix any issues if needed. I haven’t even used the dishwasher at this point but i did want to acknowledge the excellent installation and customer service by the 3rd party team (Luis & Karen) sent by Best Buy for the dishwasher installation.

The installation team arrived right on time and they even helped me remove the ice cone that was grown at the edge of the roof. They remind me that the ground is slippery, so I should be caution when go out. They were really careful when carried the new machine into my house, and help me uninstall and haul away the old machine really fast and install the new machine really carefully. They do their work together as a team, so the overall time is about 20-30mins including uninstallation, haul away, installation and brief demo. They introduced the machine function, and basic maintanance method. They show my how to clean the filter and how often I should check the filter. I am glad I finally decide to let them help me install instead of me watching YouTube to do by myself. They are professional, fast, and high quality installation team. I am satisfied with my new dish washer!

I bought a dishwasher and it didn’t clean well, returned and bought another, wrong color, returned and got another in the right color. Each time the team had to take out the old dishwasher and install a new one I can honestly say they did a fantastic job. No mess. No leaks. In and out. Courteous and professional. Thank to each team

Dishwasher install was a nightmare. The 3rd party company refused to install my appliances not once, twice, but three times. When I purchased the dishwasher, the rep didn’t mentioned all the prep work needed for installation. I’ve never had a dishwasher before and was excited to get my kitchen remodeled and add all new stainless steel appliances (from Best Buy). Apparently, codes have changed since 2019. I completed all the prep work needed for installation (t-valve, GCFI outlet) and now my kitchen is complete. However, I haven’t used the dishwasher yet. Prayerfully it works with no problems. Stay stunned! In the meantime, look at my beautiful dishwasher.

The installation was easy to schedule and the installer came on time and was very thorough. It's been a few months and everything is working perfectly.

Dishwasher installed in a timely matter. No problem using the appliance after it was installed. The only concern I had was setting up the appointment. I did it online and the Best Buy technician sent out a geek squad member instead of a person who installs appliances. Because of that the geek squad person cancelled the appointment day of and I had to go in to Best Buy to make another appointment with the correct technician in appliances.

Whirlpool products are generally very good. We have whirlpool refrigerator and it works well so we decided to buy whirlpool dishwasher. Still today it works well. Whirlpool products are steady. Price is reasonable.

On time delivery and installation went fairly well. When an adapter part was missing with old hose versus new hose… the installer went out to purchase the part needed and came back and promptly installed.

First time buying a dishwasher with 3 racks, it really helps as we were able to easily separate silverware and other small items. The app connectivity is great, and makes it easier to remember to run and remotely start it.

The installation team hired (contracted) to install our new Maytag dishwasher were OUTSTANDING! Great communication from the company, great communication from the delivery team (crew ID: PLO-VM389109C.. "H. David"). When they arrived - ON TIME - they were polite, friendly, professional & VERY THOROUGH! They didn't rush through the installation - they were extremely careful making sure everything was done RIGHT. They explained everything we needed to know about the dishwasher, and then some. :) They were very respectful of our property, as well. Highly recommend!!!!!

Fixed issues with an old install the same day and were very prepared and professional. They even triple checked it for level (front to back and side to side) before they left.

Dishwasher works great and is very quiet. The only thing that is a little tricky is that if you are standing at the counter and happen to lean against the power button, it turns on. Power button is sensitive.

This Jenn Air Euro-style Trifecta GDTSS244GS is the quietest dishwasher I have ever owned! If it's not the quietest one in the industry, it has the lowest sound rating at 38 decibels. There’s no noise when it’s running, making it difficult to tell if it is, except for the tiny round LED that lights up blue while washing and white when it’s done drying. The Jenn Air app helps to check what cycle it's in, but it’s easier to press start on the Top Control panel of the Dishwasher than it is to press remote and then have to access the app to click Start. The picture shown is the same model number I ordered when I purchased it from Best Buy’s website via a phone call with Pacific Sales Home as directed, but mine doesn’t look like this one. I chose this one because it has the distinctive Euro-style towel bar like the rest of my appliances of the same brand. I carefully checked the specs for size and saw it had "towel bar" not the flat style shown on other brands. The dishwasher that was delivered to us has a clunky, flat handle that was put on by the installed. It is flat and protrudes in a way that makes it hard to open and close the dishwasher door. We wanted the round towel bar because it’s easy to grasp without getting smudges on the stainless steel. I told the installer it wasn’t the Euro-style one I had ordered to match my Jenn Air Euro-style French-door refrigerator and double ovens, and I showed him the picture on Best Buy's website. He said they may have changed the model and complained that he had not installed this brand for a while and was having difficulty fitting it into the existing space that had been occupied by our Jenn Air Euro-style dishwasher for the past 11 years. (I would have had my old one repaired but a part for the electronic panel is discontinued. The installer said that was the best he could do and left with our new dishwasher sticking out on one side and slanted down on the other. My husband got his level and noted that one side was sticking out ½” more from the countertop than the other side and about ¼” higher on one side than the other. Thanks to my husband adjusting the wheels and installing it straight when he carefully moved it back, our new dishwasher is now positioned correctly and is level and plumb!
