The. Brackets and cracks you can now see with this install is really unappealing. I was confused on how this was acceptable but i now understand the brackets would poke out if the washer was further out. Also the installer arrived about 3.5 hours after the time frame and it was late. I work at 4am and i think he was still here almost 930pm.

Great experience from start to finish! We recieved several texts and emails from best buy as well as a phone call from the tech 30 minutes before he arrived. He arrived on time, did a great job on the install and was very professional throughout the whole process. He went through the whole operating procedure and answered the few questions we had, all around great experience.

This had been rescheduled 3 times. The first time the unit arrived with a huge dent in the front. Like it had been crushed. The second time the installer called out sick and didn't cancel any of his appointments for that day. We sat and waited, clueless that no one was coming. They compensated us with 2 gift cards due to both inconveniences.

Great job by the installers! They were friendly, yet efficient and professional. I do wish that FREE INSTALLATION were still a part of the TOTAL TECH/TOTAL MEMBERSHIP. This was a huge purchase of a large appliance, and it should warrant free installation and FREE takeway. Takeaway is also charged now.

Install took less than an hour. They did a great job. Very happy with the purchase and the installation.

Bought a dishwasher a few months ago and paid for install. The install required that I buy an install kit, the tubing that takes water to and from the dishwasher. I'm a TotalTech member and every purchase comes with BestBuy Protection. The tubing broke, flooding my kitchen. I looked at where the tubing broke and it is obviously several years old. Installers did not use the new kit I just bought. When I call best buy for help getting someone to fix the install, they say I have to call LG because the dishwasher is still under manufacturer warranty. When I say it's the install kit, not the dishwasher that broke, they say to bring the install kit back. I can't do that because bestbuy has already installed it... and even if I could return it, I'd be trying to return a kit that is several years old since they didn't use the new tubing I'd paid for. After about four phone calls, someone finally said they could set up a service call for $179 to assess my problem, but nothing would be covered by BestBuy. BestBuy and their Protection plan has been 100% worthless. Their faulty installation that i paid for has caused my problems that they now say I have to pay for again if i want them to fix it. I specifically bought my dishwasher from BestBuy because I wanted to have things covered under their Protection plan. As it turns out, they apparently do not perform any oversight of the contractors they use for installs. You are just as likely to get a back yard mechanic as an actual professional, and BestBuy will not make things right if their contractors don't do the install properly.

The install was quick and efficient. The installers noted a leak under my sink where the water line to the dishwater connected to a valve. They suggested replacing the valve. After i inspected the valve i agreed with their assessment, however, it just needed tightening to stop the leak which I think the installers should done. Also, the installed created a couple heavy scratches in my wood floor when either installing the new dishwasher or removing the old one. I was not very happy about that but not sure what my recourse would be. One final comment, there is a rubber apron located at the bottom of the unit. The rubber apron in supposed to be installed behind the metal toe panel but was left hanging down. The apron wasn't installed properly and keeps falling on the floor. I would have given at least one more start if not for the scratched floor. The other two items I can fix myself.

Professional installation. I appreciate the attention to detail and leaving everything tidy and in working condition. Also the explanation on how to operate the dishwasher. Great great job.

The Kitchen Aid dishwasher was installed properly and tilted slightly back so the drawers do not fall forward. The 6 foot hose purchased in kit was not long enough, and the installer had extra in his truck. Happy customer.

The person that delivered our dishwasher was professional and informative. We love our new dish washer! It works great!

When the washing machine arrived we realized the counter corner is a bit low. The first team installed the machine and told us they cannot do the counter and it should be fine. Water was leaking from the machine so we had to call in service. They grind the counter it fit right in. The machine works perfectly I cannot be more happier. All these years I thought there was no good washing machines apparently I just haven’t used a SAMSUNG before!

The two guys that came to install my dishwasher couldn't have been more professional! They removed the old dishwasher and had the new one installed in no time at all. I am very impressed with this experience.
