I’ve had it 3 miles away. I’ve not tried the max ceiling due to battery usage and multiple runways in area.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.FAA only allows 400 feet agl and within sight. If you go further you can get fined.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Dear customer, Thank you for your inquiry. Normally, the max altitude the drone can fly is 500 meters. The Max Transmission Distance is 12 km (FCC), 8 km (CE) 8 km (SRRC), 8 km (MIC) We would love to remind you to follow local drone law and regulations to fly the drone. Should you need any further assistance, please feel free to contact our DJI support at http://www.dji.com/support, We are always here to help. Best Regards, DJI Support
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Max legal altitude is limited to 400 feet, but the max can be set to unlimited in the app. Occusync 3 claims a max distance of about 7.5 miles, but, legally, you have to keep the drone within visual line of sight.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Up to 11 miles and it depends where you are for how high it can go because there are different areas like near an airport or anything military and other things that will prevent it from reaching its full height
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. The Air 2s will exceed the legal limits in both height and distance. There are videos online that I've seen that demonstrate the distance aspect.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Depends on the conditions and terrain
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Very.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I've had this drone in the mountains at an altitude of about 5000 feet above sea level, but only about 400 feet above the mountain itself. The stated range on the controller is about 12 kilometers, but I've found that I'm not comfortable flying the drone more than 5000 meters away. This makes for a round trip of about 10 kilometers...but you have to be aware of the wind and temperature conditions in the area. Both can shorten the range significantly. ---Tom---
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. You should not go higher than 400 feet and maintain a VLOS (visual line of site) at all times. This drone exceeds both of those
