Im not certain if best but offers a service but the dji forum is full of people willing to help. Software is easy to update as well. Almost self explanatory once you get it going

Hey Bill, unfortunately no. However there are LOTS of resources in DJI's site and in the app that will get you started.

I don't know if Best Buy will do that, but there are plenty of Youtube channels (including mine) that will give you in-depth advice on your new drone.
