• Im not certain if best but offers a service but the dji forum is full of people willing to help. Software is easy to update as well. Almost self explanatory once you get it going

• I don't know if Best Buy will do that, but there are plenty of Youtube channels (including mine) that will give you in-depth advice on your new drone. Check out Ready Set Drone on Youtube to learn all about the Mavic and other drones!
