Theoretically the drone can travel a distance of thousands of feet from you...but by law..the FAA limits your altitude to 400ft.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.According to the specs i found 16,404 ftfor 5000m above sea level is the flight ceiling for the Mavic pro, but as others have said FAA regulations keep the legal ceiling at 400 ft. Found a lot of good info on mavicproreview.com
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. The manual says 500 meters or about 1640 feet above ground. My max altitude has been about 120 meters (or 400 feet) because of the regulations, but I think that can go higher. An important point is the wind. with high wind, you can have some problems operating it, and the battery drain is much faster. I'm including a picture taken at 110 meters (360 feet)
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.legally about 400 feet however this drone can fly 1500 plus feet up
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.About 122 meters, or 400 feet is the max altitude, because the controler will automaticly keep you from going any higher.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. This drone out of the box can go 500m =1,640ft and you can only legally fly 400ft faa rules these settings are in your drones hight and distance settings. Can go to 16,000ft BUT YOU NEED OFFICIAL PAPER WORK FOR DJI TO UNLOCK... this is your real answer! To many people gave so many different answers.its in your setting and well documented. And yes this thing will go over 400ft but you will be flying illegally. Hope this helps
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.1,640. Feet.can go higher but it is regulated and you must apply to faa or some entities to give you permission to fly to maximum hight of 16,000 ft so the answer is 1,640 still very high. I gave an answer to another question asked and gave a hight of 1,300ft sorry it's 1,640ft hope this helps. You will love drone!
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.FAA rules dictate drones stay under 400ft. I have mine set at 100m which is plenty high for most situations. It would be difficult to get good photography higher, but the drone is technically capable of reaching 5000ft.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. It can fly up to 4.3 miles away from the signal.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I am not exactly sure. I have taken it to 400 feet, but that is the max height allowed by my FAA registration. Higher than that requires a different level of registration.
