no problems for me and my iPhone 7 Plus. A good rule of thumb is to stay current with firmware updates though
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Be sure that you have your video set to 1920x1080 inside the app. For some reason the App defaults to 1280x720 video resolution. That might be the issue.

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.No video quality problems. I bought it February 3, and it went limp on me the 22nd during a video shoot. Bummed out. The yellow indicator light on the right kept blinking and I could not calibrate it. Very disappointed that I cannot use it now. I sent it in to their service place in California. Hopefully they either replace it or fix it. I do love the product though. Like many things, great when it works, and not so great when it doesn't.
