It will disturb people around you as long as they know you were flying a drone. Does it make noise, yes. Is it louder than many of the other drugs on the market that are similar, about the same. The Mavic pro might be a little bit quieter but you give up many features along with the quietness and smaller size as well. Bottom line, the smaller the drone the less noise it makes. The larger and heavier the drone, the more noise it will make. I haven't had anyone really complain about the noise but I have noticed that it is considerably louder than some of his counterparts.

Uhhhh, you will most certainly hear it. The noise it makes, though, I don't believe is a bother being that it's a device that has propellers to generate lift.

It is fairly loud at close range. Once it is 50 or so it is much less.

I don't know what your definition of too loud is. Yes the drone is louder than Mavic Pro and definitely drags attention with it's size, sound and being white in color.
