Uncut version is only on Blu-ray

Director's Cut is on the blu-ray only while it seems the theatrical cut is only on the 4k disc. It would appear the extras are on the 4k disc only.

I don't know if this is how it is only in the Best Buy exclusive steelbook. It could be different in the mass market disc releases.

The Director's Cut looks to be a special feature of all bluray or higher copies of the movie. Most Best Buy digital codes transfer to Movies Anywhere and/or Vudu and the director's cut is listed on Vudu's feature list for the film, and if it's there it will be included on the disc as well.

Yes the 3 hour director’s cut is included. Special features are interviews with Stephen King, and director/screenwriter Mike Flanagan. And the making of Doctor Sleep: A New Vision . Return to the Overlook.

Yes, the directors cut is on the BLU ray only though, NOT the 4K. Special features I didn't really look at but I think behind the scenes / making of kind of stuff

The 3 hour directors cut is on the Blu Ray while the 2 hour 30 minute theatrical cut is on the 4K disk. There are making of features, 3 or 4 of them, but they are only on the 4k disk.

I purchased the Blu-ray that included the directors cut which is the version I watched. To be clear, I received the theatrical version and directors cut. The extras are on the theatrical version which I haven't looked at, but the case indicates mainly "making of" and "conversation with Stephen King" etc.

There are three special features; From shining to sleep, the making of Doctor Sleep, and Return to the Overlook. The blu ray does include the Director's Cut. Seen both and they are both excellent. More scenes of creepiness in D.C. I do not know what the steelbook has to offer or its availability.
