Does it include the Blu-Ray disc? null

There is a disc, but no point in having it. No game on the disc. You can't play it without a download. I read that there is approx. 85mb actually on the disk. This is why I will not be buying this game.

It does contain a disc, yes. But news has now come out that it is just a "license on a disc", meaning you still have to download the full game from the internet. So you may as well just buy digital at that point.

Yes, this is the physical edition and contains the UHD Blu Ray.
