I’m having the same issue. Best Buy tells me they can’t do anything about it because the promotion isn’t showing up in their system and Square Enix tells me they have nothing to do with it because it wasn’t purchased from them. Great resolution. I guess I’m out of luck :(

I was directed to reach out to Square Enix for support as the Best Buy CS representative told me the the “early bird bonus” is not distributed by Best Buy. So… seems like I’m in for a nice runaround on this issue.
