• I'm not sure. Usually when a device such as this stops working or has issues, we just get a new one. Sorry.

• Unfortunately that is a warranty replacement item, and we do not repair those. In this circumstance if it is a component that comes as a piece, you may be able to locate a part # and find it through a part supplier.
