QuestionIs the basket included with the purchase?

- Answer Yes - The basket is included with the purchase. The final product looks exactly like the photograph. However, when the product arrives in the box it's not assembled but assembly only takes two seconds (customers only have to put the top of the shredder on the basket - very easy - and no way to get it wrong or put it on backwards due to the neatly fitted product design).

Questionhow long can you shred before it shuts down and how long do you have to wait before you can reuse it

- Answer You can shred for 5 continuous minutes and then you are supposed to shut it down for 20 minutes before you shred again. I have followed instructions and it works great.

- Answer The specification's sheet says 5/32" X 1 9/20". I would say 3/8" X 1 1/4" give or take 1/4 " or two. They are rectangle shape.
