• Yes, you must first charge the portable charge, then use the USB end of your device to connect to the portable charger.

• The device comes with its own charger and a slot to plug in a usb cable. You can charge any device that you have a usb cable for, although I'm not sure if it would work for large devices like iPads because it probably needs a larger battery don't quote me on that but for sure any phone can be plugged in
