• I don't know how long it takes to charge itself as I typically just plugged in overnight. It did charge my iPhone 8 to a full charge from less than 20% though.

• It’s only a 1A output, so unlike ipad chargers that are 2.4A and can charge the 8+ is half the time, this one will take you to 80% in about 2 hr and loose it’s juice.
