I use my Bluetooth charging cable to charge mine. It has the micro USB connector. It works out well.

It is possible to charge it cause it has a charge in port and out port. I have not tried it.

It can. That's how you charge it. You use the cord from your existing set up and plug that into the wall to charge the charger. Then you use your cord, just your cord, to plug in to this device to charge your phone.
