“How do i charge my iP4S w/ my Portable Power? I have a green Portable Power (PP) & I've read the answers to these questions, so I know how to charge my PP. what I can't figure out is how to then use my PP w/ my iP4S.”

Use your ip4s charging cable and plug the sub end into the charger and the phone end into the phone. It should start charging right away.
