Yes it should I just recently used it for my daughters TV she has a 40 inch. Came out great use a stud finder so you can mount it up sturdy, hardware is included but you still need you own tool to drill holes and all that fun stuff.

When reading the specifications, it says will accommodate up to a 50" TV Accommodates common VESA size for most all TV's in that size range. Very easy and worth the money
