No this will not because the plugin options on a PS4 is not going to work with this adapter. You would have to most likely get the PS4 HDMI repaired. I know the PS4 has USB's but I don't think an adapter that is USB to HDMI would work. This adapter works more for Mac Books because the one end is a Mini Display-Port.
