• What OS are you using. Keep in mind, it is compatible with PC and Mac Works with Windows 98SE, 2000, Me, XP or Vista.

• Go to your sound options (little megaphone icon in bottom right), Right click it and click "Recording Devices" Tap the Microphone to see which microphone icon registers the tapping sound, right click and set to default, Bam! Ready for use now
