Hi, I looked at the speaker's specifications and found that these are mainly manufactured for usage with computers. Nonetheless, if connected to a TV with the auxiliary jack, they will work as long as the USB cord is connected to a power adapter or powered USB port, for them to turn on. Daniel T. - Dynex Support
