A:AnswerNope. I bought the blow dryer first, and it's amazing! But now that I have the airwrap, I never use the blow dryer. The blow dryer attachment that comes with the airwrap works just as well as the blow dryer. The only thing that the airwrap doesn't have is the diffuser.
A:AnswerHello Nick, this is Kelly with Dyson. The Dyson Airwrap™ Complete Styler does not include a type of hanger or loop, to hang it like the Supersonic™ hair dryer.

A:AnswerProbably you will not be able to use the product in China due to the different voltage requirements of the country if you buy the product within the U.S.A. Based on what I posted below, (looked for the exact numbers), you will not be able to use it there. Especially, Dyson products' voltages are country-specific. You can not use the product in the USA if you buy it from Europe or China and vice versa. Their products are very strict to the country they are selling in. Converter options are there but what I heard is that the converter is so enormous, it will not be convenient to use with it.

"Basically there are two main standards for voltage and frequency in the world. One is the standard of 110-120 volts at a frequency of 60 Hz (mostly used in USA), and the other is the standard of 220–240 volts at 50 Hz (mostly used in Europe). China uses generally 220V, 50HZ, AC (Hong Kong is 200V; Taiwan is 110V).
I hope, this helps. This is based on my experience and if you reach out to Dyson's superior customer service, they will be able to clarify for you within minutes.

A:AnswerNo it doesn’t for some reason. I didn’t get the brush and comb in my purchase either and I got mine from Best Buy too. It just sells it with the travel case. I noticed Nordstrom sells it with brush and comb and travel case but Best Buy Sephora and ulta don’t sell it with comb and brush. Doesn’t seem fair Dyson !! very misleading
A:AnswerHi Divya, this is Kelly with Dyson. You would need to check with Best Buy's return policy to see if they offer returns on this particular item. If purchased directly via Dyson, we have a 30-day return period on all machines.

A:AnswerThis is not okay, dyson is selling this product with a paddle brush and comb on their site for the same price. It is described as the same product. Why would it not come with this product sold at best buy. Dyson, if your not including those products then deduct them from the final price.

A:AnswerHi Abby, this is Kelly with Dyson. While you can travel with the Airwrap, if you purchase your device in the US, it would only be compatible with other 110/120V outlets - for example you could use the machine in Canada. If you were traveling abroad (Europe, for example),you would need to use a converter or adaptor which is not recommended. This can damage your machine, and / or voice the machine's warranty.

Kelly
