well i'd tell you but you wouldn't believe it... its an overpriced dyson product that works as good as all the other dyson products. they are meant to last you for quite a while. and think about it the way i thought about it. it comes in a nice clean leather looking case with all those heads. if you were to purchase an individual tool for hair care you would be paying close to the same thing but then u have a bunch of different things to carry around. this is all compact in a cute box. blow dryer, blow hair brush x 2, blow out hair curler x 2. all pretty nice and some other hair thing for people blessed with long gorgeous hair. sorry i'm bald i dont know what half those things are for lol. (got this for my wife)
