“Why does the manual have on the page "In the Box" listed with small and large firm brush and small and large soft brush? These are not in the box. Are they supposed to be since that is what the manual says is in the box?”

The Dyson Airwrap Complete will include the following: the 1.2" barrels, 1.6" barrels, firm smoothing brush, soft smoothing brush, round volumizing brush, pre-styling dryer, filter cleaning brush, storage case and non-slip mat.
