Hi Magic, this is Kelly with Dyson. You can check the return policy of Best Buy right on their website. It may vary if you make the purchase in store. If making your purchase from the Dyson website, we do have an extended holiday return period, which lasts through January 2022. Best wishes, Kelly Dyson Customer Support
