How cool does the air get? null

I would normally have the AC set to 70°, and the AC would run all the time getting to 72° last summer. This year same thing, set to 70° but it reaches 70° and shuts off (this year has been hotter). It cools of a 25 x 35 living room, but we leave the doors open to circulate the and purify the air. hope this helps
