“For heat can I set the temperature down to 50 degrees? If this is possible will it maintain that temperature? I.E. will it shut off when temperature is reached and will it turn back on when the temperature in the room falls below 50 degrees again?”

Yes you can set it to 50° and yes it turns off when the temp is reached and turns on if it falls below.

While in heat mode, if you set your AM09 Fan + Heater to 50 degrees and the room temperature falls below that, it will begin to blow warm air again. When the room temperature is 50 or above, the machine will remain on, but won't blow heated air, until the room temperature dips below your set target temperature again. Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.the answer to that is yes . u cam set the temp to whatever degrees and it will kick the heat o. u til it reaches set temp. then shut off..then kick back on wen it goes below 50
