What do I do to get it to heat null

Hi! With the remote, you should be able to just press the red button to get it to turn on the heater. If it still isn't working making sure the timer isn't set. Still, no heat then return to the store and ask for a replacement.

Hello Gerie, this is Kelly with Dyson. To use your AM09 in heat mode, you will need to set the temperature above the current room temperature. The machine will blow heated air, until your room reaches the target temperature. Best wishes, Kelly Dyson Customer Support
