It should come with those tools. If yours didn’t you should contact dyson via the phone number provided in your owners manual.

When you purchase this particular model from Best Buy, it will include the following: Combination and stair tool with tool holster, reach-under flexi crevice tool, carbon-fiber soft dusting brush, mattress tool, and the tangle-free turbine tool.
