“How does the pet hair collect on the roller? My old Dyson, I constantly have to sit on the floor with a pair of scissors after I vacuum to cut the hair out. I currently have a Bissel which does not collect hair around the roller , but it is too light.”

• Hello Phyl, this is Kelly with Dyson. The Dyson Cinetic Big Ball Animal + Allergy does feature a spinning brush bar. If you are vacuuming up a lot of hair, it can get wrapped around the bristles on the brush bar, if it's not regularly maintained. This model will also come with our tangle-free turbine tool.
