A:AnswerHello, thank you for your inquiry about the Dyson Hot+Cool Gen1 HP10 Purifier. The Dyson Hot+Cool Purifier is designed to purify the air while providing both heating and cooling functions. However, it is important to note that while it can cool the air, it does not function exactly like a traditional air conditioner. Instead, it uses powerful air multiplier technology to circulate purified air throughout the room, which can create a cooling effect. If you have any further questions or need additional information, please feel free to reach us via askdyson@dysoncanada.ca We are here to help and ensure you have a positive experience with our products.

A:AnswerYes! I live in Indiana and use this to heat my home office while working. It’s super simple To set your desired temp and once that is met, the unit turns off and kicks back on once thr temp dips under your set temp. It’s also very quiet while running too which helps if you WFH and are on work calls.
A:AnswerHi, this is Summer with Dyson. The filter will need to be replaced once a year if the machine is ran for 12 hours a day. If you run it for 24 hours a day, it is about every 6 months. There is also an auto mode that you can set it on when you need to and it will be like a stand by mode and clean the air as needed to help the filter life as well.
Best wishes,
Summer
