A:AnswerThe replacement filters cost $69.99 for the Dyson - HP01 Pure Hot + Cool 400 Sq. Ft Air Purifier, Heater and Fan. The price at Best Buy is the same as on the Dyson website.
A:AnswerI tried both. Yes the main difference is the air purifier, but also the size because the base is designed to contain the filter. I also noticed that with the HP01 the air flows better and is good for a larger space. I did not keep it because it is more than what we needed.
A:AnswerHi there, this is Kelly with Dyson. The only way to operate your HP01 would be by the buttons directly on the unit or the remote control. There is not a way to lock those controls.

Kelly

A:AnswerI do NOT recommend this for heating a large space. My great room space is right at 800 sqft and it ran set at 88 degrees all day long but only raised the temp 2 or 3 degrees from the low 60s it was at.
A:AnswerHello George, this is Kelly with Dyson. The Dyson HP01 Pure Hot + Cool will feature 10 airflow speeds in either heat or cool mode. Overall, the wattage can vary depending on your own electricity. The max wattage in heat mode will be 1500 watts.
Best wishes,

A:AnswerHi Emily, this is Kelly with Dyson. We're sorry to hear that you're having trouble with your Dyson HP01. If it's been in heat mode for 9 continuous hours, the machine will shut itself off as a safety mechanism. The unit will also stop blowing heated air, once the machine reaches the target room temperature. We would also recommend plugging the unit directly in to your wall outlet, rather than a power strip or extension cord. If you have any other issues, you may reach us directly via email at [email protected].
Best wishes,
Kelly

A:AnswerHi there T, this is Tia from Dyson. An H2 message on the Dyson HP01 purifier would indicate the need to reset the machine. To do so, please turn the power off (using either the power button on the remote or the Main body) wait 60 seconds and then turn the machine back on. The fault code should have cleared.
If further help is needed, feel free to reach out to our support team for help with your purifier at [email protected]. Thank you for choosing Dyson technology!
Best wishes,
Tia

A:AnswerI bought a new filter from Dyson. The error was back within a couple of hours. Dyson did allow me to return the filter. I am going back to basic box fans. I have two that have been in use since 1974.
A:AnswerPress the standby button on the appliance to turn ON/OFF.
Press and hold the standby button on the appliance to adjust the target temperature.
The target temperature will increase to a maximum before decreasing.
If the target temperature is set at 0°C it will switch from heating to cool mode.
