“The cool part of this works but whenever i switch to heat it only runs for a few seconds and then I get an error code "H4". Can't find any information online for how to fix, and the support number is always busy. Anyone know what's going on?”

This happens to me too. Every time. The answers aren't anywhere online or in the manual and Meilla could've posted the answer here but didn't.
