While you could certainly use your Dyson HP01 Pure Hot + Cool on a screened porch, you may notice that the life of your filter diminishes much quicker, as the filter would be working harder if the machine is being used outdoors. We also would recommend using the machine in a covered area where it would not be exposed to any elements. You may find this unit to not be an effective outdoor option.
