“Due to this item being an air purifier and it cleans the air of odors, does this mean if I have a sentsy or any kind of a fragrance plugged in the dyson will clear that "smell good" air?”

Yeah, it will pick up anything that is not the normal chemical component of air. I use it to take the smell of smoke out of the air and it works great. You can even set the times it comes on and off.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.It has a HEPA filter, but it is not thorough enough to remove odors. Also, no, it doesn't have a fragrance dispenser. Its basically just an expensive standing fan with a built in filter to catch most particulate in the air.

This also includes eliminating odors which include any odors from fragrances. It does not have the ability to detect what is considered a good smell from a bad smell.
