There is no purifier mode but if you put the fan to the lowest level then it should work without the fan turning on

We have ours at extra sensitive to allergens, so it comes on more frequently on the auto setting. However, you can set it as to whatever level you want the fan to blow, 1 being the lowest, 10 being the highest, in the manual mode.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.The "cool" mode just means that the fan is on. The fan must be running for the purifier to work. The fan draws the air through the filter before discharging it through the loop on top. It has 10 speed settings.
