“Hello Dyson, My air purifier has a solid E. I’ve finished all of the troubleshooting and it is not fixed. I just put a brand new Dyson filler in it and completely cleaned the unit. Can you please assist ? Thank you”

Hello I have 2 that’s doing the same thing and they do that after the warranty and the customer service won’t help you !!
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Perhaps it's having a problem connecting to the internet? Mine does this frequently. I unplug it and put the plug back in. It seems to reset it for a few days.

We would suggest checking the following: Ensure plug is firmly connected Ensure temperature in room is above 41°F Ensure the machine is free of obstructions Filter may need to be replaced.
