Hi Lori, this is Kelly with Dyson. That would depend on the size of the molecules. Dyson Pure Cool features a HEPA filter to remove 99.97% of allergens and pollutants as small as 0.3 microns, including pollen, dust, mold spores, bacteria and pet dander.
